Mama Certified is a first-of-its-kind equity certification program. They provide information so Black moms can make informed decisions about their birthing hospital. It creates a universal way for moms to evaluate the maternal equity efforts of Cincinnati hospitals.

We collaborated with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, Black moms, and maternal equity experts to bring this vision to life. The brand identity was designed to clearly communicate that this is a safe place for Black parents-to-be. Putting mom at the center, empowering her, and surrounding her with an abundance of warmth.
