With Doug at the helm since 1997, Deskey has helped invent or evolve thousands of brands. Doug is the strategic mind behind ToolBox, Deskey’s proprietary research methodology to assess a brand’s visual equity. His leadership provides a sure hand and helps us stay true to the founding principles of Donald Deskey himself. These principles help us create leading design and strategy for our clients, such as Procter & Gamble, Georgia Pacific, DeWalt, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Dannon, Sara Lee and Crayola, just to name a few.
As Chief Creative with over 30 years of design and branding experience, Doug is the kind of creative director that clients love to work with. He loves his brands, is loyal to his people, and likes delivering creative that moves emotions and product in equal measure. He knows how to move consumers from browsers to buyers. Doug has helped lead the creative thinking for companies such as Procter & Gamble, Starbucks, Georgia-Pacific, Sunbeam, Ferguson, Jack Links, The Sunny Delight Company, Johnson & Johnson and Newell Rubbermaid.

Idea catalyst, provocateur, boundary pusher. Like the words that describe her, there is little you’d consider conventional about Laura. She works with both clients and consumers to nurture new-to-the-world concepts in their germination and rooting stages. Not one for ritual, she’s the person sorting through chaos to find ideals and champion breakthrough thinking. And knowing all of this, you’d say “Of course!” when you hear she’s created a small farm in New Richmond, Ohio, where she rides horses, raises chickens and keeps bees. Laura sees her work as an extension of her personal ethics and beliefs – a perspective that has benefitted brands as diverse as Tampax, Always, Naturella, Luvs, Coleman, University of Cincinnati, Pantene, Woolite, Frank’s RedHot, French’s, Sherwin-Williams, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It, Boy Scouts of America and Cradle Cincinnati.
You want to partner with someone who just “gets it.” That’s Amy. She’s quick to grasp your business and its challenges so she can get right to work on crafting a solution. This roll-up-the-sleeves approach comes easily to her because she has a knack for connecting with people in a real way and building genuine relationships. Success is a two-way street at Deskey, and Amy keeps the traffic flowing at full tilt. Beneficiaries of her unique insight include Comcast, AT&T, Turner Networks, Disney Studios, HBO, Southern Graphics Systems, Belcan, Nitto Denko and Kentucky Purchasing Co-op. (And if you want a quick “in” with Amy, tell her how much you love the Dallas Cowboys… or Jimmy Buffett… or holiday nutcrackers – she has, like, 200 of them.)
